Cornell University professor of international economic law

Chantal Thomas teaches international economic law and development at Cornell University Law School. Educated at Harvard Law School, she has taught international economic law in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe, and has consulted for the US Agency for International Development, the World Bank, and the UN Development Programme. She sits on the Advisory Council on International Law for the US State Department Office of the Legal Adviser.
