Cherie Fathy is a first year medical student at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Cherie was also an intern with UNRWA in Jordan and is currently a Project Assistant with Dunia Health, a non-profit global health start up. Dunia Health strives to develop low-cost technologies and devices with mobile phone interfaces that allow clinicians in low-resource areas the ability to dedicate more time to patients instead of menial tasks.
