I am a cosmopolitan entrepreneurial and visionary leadership thinker and a continuous learner with 20 years of hotel management and entrepreneurial experience. I have managed hotel divisions and hotel resorts in Saudi Arabia, Myanmar Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa and was on supervising projects in India, Rwanda, East Congo and Zambia. I have substanial experience in tantric tibetan mediation and have spent several months in a remote, secluded Buddhist Monastery in The Kingdom of Bhutan and had spent several weeks with together yoginis high up in remote mountain caves in Ladakh, Laptchi and Mustang, practicing secretive tibetan meditations. These experiences I include in my work as a visionary leadership thinker and challenge and question todays traditional leadership with a number of mindful thoughts such as: Why are we constantly seeking for more ? the importance to deal with the unknown and the known, why do we follow global dependency, how to improve our swiftness, today´s fear-factor at work, the need of unconditioning organisations, how we must learn who to learn?, what is contains eduction? the power of the self, why do we need moral values ?
