Claire Charamnac is the co-founder and executive director, US of Women LEAD, the first and only leadership development organization for young women, led by young women, in Kathmandu, Nepal. Women LEAD was founded when Claire was a junior at Georgetown University. Since 2011, Women LEAD has empowered more than 200 young women to become leaders in their schools and communities. Women LEAD was selected as Women Deliver’s Top 50 Solutions Delivering for Women and Girls in 2012.
