Clayton Kershaw

Pitcher, Los Angeles Dodgers

Just 25 years old, Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw already has distinguished himself as one of the sport’s all-time greats. He has received numerous accolades, including the 2011 National League Cy Young, 2011 Gold Glove, back-to-back All-Star selections and the 2011 Pitcher’s Triple Crown by leading the NL in wins, strikeouts and ERA. In 2012, Clayton was recognized with MLB’s highest humanitarian honor, the Roberto Clemente Award, in recognition of the work he’s done for communities in Zambia, Los Angeles and Dallas. As impressive as he has been on the field, Clayton has been just as noteworthy off the field. Whether it’s on the mound, during training, with his teammates, in his congregation or through his charitable works, Clayton strives to give and be his best.
