Rahuldeep Gill, Ph.D., is a sought-after writer and speaker whose life goal is to develop effective, collaborative leaders with broad perspectives to drive innovations. Dr. Gill's engaging lectures and workshops deepen appreciation of cultural diversity and inspire compassion. He guides leaders in business and higher education to more inclusive environments for work, collaboration and cross-cultural understanding. He has spoken before diverse adult and student audiences of all sizes at events sponsored by the State Department’s Study of United States Institutes, the Church Center for the United Nations, University of California, California State University, Extraordinary Lutheran Ministries, and the Interfaith Youth Core. The Los Angeles Times, Patheos.com, and the Washington Post’s On Faith blog have published his writings and he blogs at The Huffington Post. Oxford University Press is publishing his first book (Drinking From Love’s Cup), and he is working on a second book called Pluralists: Great Leaders in History Who Brought People Together. A native of the Boston area, he earned his bachelors, with Honors, from the University of Rochester in New York and doctorate from the University of California in Santa Barbara. Dr. Gill directs the Center for Equality and Justice at California Lutheran University, where he is also a tenured faculty member and Campus Interfaith Strategist. He is the visiting professor of Sikh Studies at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California. He has twice been voted Cal Lutheran's Diversity Professor of the Year and lives in Los Angeles with his family. Through lectures, workshops, trainings, and leadership development, Rahuldeep Gill works to build pluralism and cross-cultural relations in the workplace, in the marketplace, and on campus.
