Curtis is a speaker, educator, trainer and coach. Curtis is one of the rising stars on the speaking circuit across the nation. However, his road there was a very turbulent one. Curtis grew up on the south-side of Chicago where he was a drug dealer and gang member. Curtis rose from the streets to earn two degrees a Master’s of Arts in Teaching and an Educational Specialist in Administration and Supervision. “Curtis brings all of this experience and passion to maker sure every student that attends his program is never the same.) Curtis has delivered more than 1500 talks challenging his audiences to make a positive difference in the world around them. As an administrator/educator, Curtis has learned how to develop leaders through a proven 3 step process that he shares with groups and organizations. He teaches them how to: model the way, inspire a shared vision and empower others to act. These steps are critical to a healthy organization. Curtis’ audiences often experience an emotional roller coaster which encompasses a blend of compassion, humor and tears that will keep them fully engaged.
