Damali Elliott is a relentless dreamer. She believes that girls worldwide must be self-empowered and take charge of their choices, circumstances and challenges.

Described as “a non conformist with innovative creativity,” Damali teaches girls and organizations how to change their perspective and demand positive change in their lives. With an audacious goal, to help build a world in which all girls understand their highest potential. Damali is leading a movement to inspire girls to unapologetically fulfill their dreams, as the Founder & Chief Dream Builder of Petals-N-Belles. Founded in 2009, at the age of 24, the idea for Petals-N-Belles came to Damali after discovering her passion to work with young girls. Petals-N-Belles is a grass root not-for-profit that provides mentoring, creative workshops, dynamic social experiences and academic coaching to ensure the “FUTURE” success of GIRLS.

Through her determination to make a mark in the lives of others, Damali has sought to bring her vision of helping, guiding and nurturing young girls to life. As a result of positive and motivating relationships that have broadened her outlook of the world and real life issues, Damali is dedicated to developing creative and strategic ways to enhance life prospects for young girls and is passionately committed to growing Petals-N-Belles into an educational powerhouse.

As an advocate for youth empowerment, Damali lends her expertise to NPO’s, schools, corporations and seminars in the areas of effective non-profit management, creative curriculum development and public speaking.
