Danielle Hrzic and her husband started Gourmet Gorilla in 2009 out of a need to bring healthier meals to Chicago area schools. Prior to launching Gourmet Gorilla, Danielle spent 13 years in the financial services industry in both sales and management positions. She holds a master’s degree in physics and fine arts from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass.
