David Hayden is a blogger and meat scientist with a passion for the agriculture industry. Born and raised in Western KY. he grew up on his family’s commercial cow/calf and poultry operation. He attended Murray State University where he majored in Animal Science and later Oklahoma State University where he furthered his education with a masters in meat science. Today David works with meat processors across North America in the development of new and innovative meat products and technologies. Alongside his career he strives use his education and experiences to answer questions and educate consumers about where their food comes from, how it’s grown, raised and processed.
