Deborah Carlisle Solomon is the executive director of Resources for Infant Educarers® (RIE®). She discovered RIE when her son was a baby and was so deeply moved by Magda Gerber's Educaring® Approach that she decided to change careers to join the organization. She has addressed various national and international infancy and early-childhood conference and workshops. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and now RIE teenager, Elijah.
