Deirdre Cienki
Sports Professional
Deirdre Cienki is a young professional working in the sports broadcasting industry. She is currently employed by ESPN Radio Network in Bristol, Connecticut.
Deirdre has held several diverse positions leading up to her tenure at ESPN. As part of the 2011 Major League Baseball All-Star Game activities, she worked for MLB Advanced Media, booking guests for the 2011 All-Star Game Fan Fest and ensuring proper presentation of the MLB.com set. Additionally, Deirdre has held positions for the Cincinnati Reds and Arizona Diamondbacks. Prior to her baseball experience, Deirdre worked for the Fox Sports Arizona production department.
Deirdre has been actively involved as a volunteer for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The V Foundation, Best Buddies and Special Olympics.
Deirdre graduated cum laude with a BA in English Literature from Arizona State University, during which she was a member of the Women’s Tennis Team.
