Dr. Jane Shure is co-founder of The Resilience Group, promoting growth and change in individuals, groups and organizations. She is a leadership consultant, psychotherapist, and national expert on bolstering resilience and self-confidence. Her TEDx talk, Boost Resilience: Take Charge of the Inner Critic & Inner Worrier, addresses fear-based thinking. Jane leads workshops on Strengthening the Voice of an Inner Coach to be more powerful than your Inner Critic and is on faculty at the Athena Leadership Lab at Barnard College, the Close School of Entrepreneurship at Drexel University, and the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. Named a “Top Doc for Women” by Philadelphia Magazine, Jane writes for the Huffington Post, has been featured in The Oprah Magazine, Washington Post, and The Philadelphia Inquirer and has been a guest on National Public Radio and CBS television. An innovator and expert in the importance of self-awareness as a vehicle for change in the workplace and in person life, Jane is co-founder of the Inner-Coaching™ Model for Resilience (with Dr. Beth Weinstock), and trains a wide range of audiences in learning strategies for getting out of one’s own way, counteracting fear and negativity, and promoting success and well-being in self and others.
