Doris Friedensohn

Doris Friedensohn is professor emerita of women's studies at New Jersey City University; after 35 years of teaching American Studies and Women's Studies and writing and lecturing she wrote a food memoir, Eating as I Go: Scenes from America and Abroad. Her most recent book is Cooking for Change: Tales from a Food Service Training Academy with photos by Steve Riskind, (Full Court Press, 2011).
