Charles R. Middleton has been President of Roosevelt University in Chicago since 2002. Roosevelt is the 10th most diverse private University in the country. Under Dr. Middleton’s leadership, Roosevelt established the Midwest’s only three-year, year-round doctorate in pharmacy and built the second tallest university building in the country.
An academic leader and professor for more than 40 years, Dr. Middleton previously was Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the University System of Maryland, Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Bowling Green State University and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
