Dr. Todd J. Leach

President, Granite State College

Dr. Todd J. Leach is President of Granite State College, one of four institutions that make up the University System of New Hampshire and the primary public provider of online education in the state of New Hampshire.

Dr. Leach has presented at numerous national and international conferences on the subjects of distance learning and professional education. He serves on the University System of New Hampshire Board of Trustees and is one of New Hampshire’s commissioners of higher education.

Prior to his presidency, Dr. Leach served as the Senior Associate Dean and Chief Academic Officer of the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University, where he developed over 20 Master’s and doctoral degree programs. In addition, Dr. Leach oversaw Northeastern Online, one of the largest online
programs in the country, and served as the Executive Director of the School of Education. Prior to his tenure at Northeastern University, Dr. Leach was an associate professor at Lasell College and served as Director of Business Programs and as the Director of the Yamawaki Program.
