Elizabeth Scarboro’s memoir My Foreign Cities, about her marriage to her first husband who had cystic fibrosis, was chosen by Library Journal as one of the Best Books of 2013. It is just out in paperback this Spring. Scarboro’s essays have appeared most recently in The Millions, The New York Times, and the Bellevue Literary Review.
