PeopleJoy helps companies recruit, reward and retain valuable employees through company contribution programs towards employee student debt. Previously he founded and launched a mobile app publishing company that was acquired in 2015. Prior to that he worked as Director of Product at a fintech startup and as a Wall Street analyst. Emeka received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering with Honors from Rutgers University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
