Eric V. Copage, a former reporter and editor at the New York Times, is the author of several books including "Between Father and Son: An African American Fable," a critically acclaimed novella, and "Black Pearls," a best-selling series of motivational books targeted to African Americans. The novella and the book series were published by Amistad/HarperCollins. Eric has been interviewed on Good Morning America, Good Day New York, Good Day Atlanta, Weekend Today, Geraldo at Large and the Dennis Wholey Show, among other television programs. His commentaries have been broadcast on National Pubic Radio's All Things Considered, News and Notes, and Public Radio International's The Tavis Smiley Show.
