Fahd Ahmed

Fahd Ahmed is the Legal and Policy Director at DRUM - Desis Rising Up & Moving, where he oversees the racial profiling, police accountability, and national security work. DRUM is a twelve-year old community and membership-based organization of over 1200 low-income South Asians fighting for justice on issues of immigrant rights, workers’ rights, education, police accountability, and against racial profiling. While DRUM has been a leading organization in protecting the civil and human rights of South Asian and Muslim immigrants, our vision is fight for justice in unity and solidarity with other communities of color in the United States.
