Federico is Founder of Nexxpansion, a global business advisory firm that provides unique sales, operational and capital expansion solutions. Most recently Federico was CEO North America at eGym Inc, the pioneering innovation leader for integrated digital gym products. Prior Federico has served as Chief Operating Officer for Technogym North America, recognized in the world as “The Wellness Company” and together with its own business model – based on technology, services and design, dedicated to physical activity, sport, health and illness prevention – it has made a strong, socially responsible commitment to promoting physical exercise as medicine. Before joining Technogym he has served as an executive within the Illinois Tool Works Group for many years. ITW is a Fortune 200 global diversified industrial manufacturer of value added consumables and specialty equipment with related service businesses. The Company focuses on solid growth, improving profitability and strong returns across its worldwide platforms and businesses. Federico received his bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Politics from the University of Bologna – Italy and has research and work experience in many countries around the world. Proficient in four languages and well-versed in the buying habits of multiple cultures around the globe, Federico is a global thinker and a thought leader in technology and mindfulness, believing that these two components together are the key to a sustainable business and social growth.
