Frank Knapp Jr. is the president and CEO of the South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce which he co-founded in 2000. He also serves as co-chair of the American Sustainable Business Council. He also is the chair of the Small Business Administration Region IV Regulatory Fairness Board, an advisory body to the Office of the National Ombudsman, and serves on the South Carolina Small Business Development Center Advisory Board.
