Rep. Gerry Connolly is a Democrat representing Virginia’s 11th Congressional District just outside of Washington, D.C. Connolly serves on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. Prior to his election to Congress in 2008, Connolly served as the Chairman of the Fairfax County, VA Board of Supervisors.
