Gillian Huebner is the director of policy and advocacy in the United States for Lumos, an international non-profit organization working worldwide to eliminate child institution by 2050. Prior to joining Lumos in November 2014, she was senior advisor on child development and protection for the U.S. Agency for International Development. She also has worked with the United Nations, NGOs and academic institutions in Africa, the former Soviet Union, Western Europe and the United States.
