Halim is an op-ed contributor and media commentator in English and Arabic. He teaches in the School of Arts and Sciences at the Lebanese American University and has worked on social and political affairs for a number of local and international organisations including UNICEF, the European Union Elections Observation Mission, and the Human Rights Law Center at the University of Nottingham.
