Henning André Søgaard is a syndicated columnist and US Correspondent for Ny Tid, Norway’s leading newsweekly. He is a former political advisor at the United Nations and an officer with the Norwegian Air Force. He served inter alia with NATO during the peace and reconciliation process in Bosnia-Herzegovina from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Søgaard, originally from Norway, is a graduate of the University of Oslo and at the College of Europe in Natolin, Poland and Brugge, Belgium.
