Ian Bruce Eichner is a visionary developer of innovative properties throughout the United States. Outside of New York, Mr. Eichner was the brains behind the Continuum, an elite two-tower gated condominium community on the southernmost tip of South Beach and the Cosmopolitan, the hottest resort and casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

Mr. Eichner’s revolutionary developments include constructing the first high rise in Brooklyn since landmark height legislation was passed in 1965, the first urban timeshare building in New York, and the first large-scale, successful adoption of underground space for retail application.
