Ian Bruce Eichner is a visionary developer of innovative properties throughout the United States. A frequent television commentator on the business of real estate, Eichner has been the subject of books and featured in publications such as the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Miami Herald, and New York Magazine. Mr. Eichner has built a reputation for developing bold and inventive mixed-used buildings in New York City and for game-changing urban-model developments in Miami and Las Vegas. Mr. Eichner’s high-profile projects in New York have included world-famous CitySpire, One Broadway Place, The Manhattan Club, The Royale and 180 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights. Outside of New York, Mr. Eichner was the brains behind the Continuum, an elite two-tower gated condominium community on the southernmost tip of South Beach and the Cosmopolitan, the hottest resort and casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

Mr. Eichner’s revolutionary developments include constructing the first high rise in Brooklyn since landmark height legislation was passed in 1965, the first urban timeshare building in New York, and the first large-scale, successful adoption of underground space for retail application.

Before launching an extraordinary career in high stakes real estate, Mr. Eichner served New Yorkers as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn.
