James Salt is the executive director of Catholics United. James has extensive experience working with national progressive Catholic peace and justice organizations as well as political campaigns involving Catholic strategy. Before his work with Catholics United, he held an organizing position with Maryland Citizens Against State Executions, and oversaw the Kansas Democratic Party's faith outreach efforts, including messaging work for Governor Sebelius. James served on the 2012 Democratic Party Platform Committee and he lives in Washington, DC.
