Jamie “The Bear” McDonald is the reigning Wing Bowl Champion and number one ranked Independent Competitive Eater by All Pro Eating. Jamie won Wing Bowl 21 by devouring two hundred and eighty-seven wings in only thirty minutes. The total was the second most in Wing Bowl history, trailing only the previous year’s champion Takeru Kobayashi. Just prior to Jamie’s Wing Bowl victory, he was declared All Pro Eating’s number one ranked Independent Competitive Eater in the World and Competitive Eating Rookie of the Year.
Jamie participated in five All Pro Eating Competitive Eating Championships in his debut season of 2012. He won the titles of National Hamburger Eating Champion, National Fried Mushroom Eating Champion, National Peach Fried Pie Eating Champion, National Oktoberfest Bratwurst Eating Champion, and World Hands-Free Pumpkin Pie Eating Champion. At each All Pro Eating sanctioned event he set new official records.
Jamie is also a competitive natural bodybuilder and dietary/nutrition coach. Jamie also works in the aerospace industry providing aftermarket support.
