Jason Downs

Mr. Downs is an associate attorney at Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, where he handles both criminal defense and civil litigation cases. Mr. Downs participates in all phases of litigation and serves as lead-counsel or co-counsel on a variety of complex matters. Prior to joining Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, Mr. Downs served indigent clients at the D.C. Public Defender Service, where he was named Training Director after winning numerous high-stakes jury trials. As Training Director, Mr. Downs was responsible for developing training materials for nearly 200 public defenders and private defense attorneys.
