Jean M. Twenge, Professor of Psychology at San Diego State University, is the author of more than 90 scientific publications and the books " The Impatient Woman’s Guide to Getting Pregnant," " The Narcissism Epidemic: Living in the Age of Entitlement" (co-authored with W. Keith Campbell), and " Generation Me: Why Today’s Young Americans Are More Confident, Assertive, Entitled — and More Miserable Than Ever Before." She holds a BA and MA from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. She lives in San Diego, California, with her husband and children.
