Jeffrey Kahn is an Associate Research Scholar in Law and Robina Foundation Human Rights Fellow at Yale Law School. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School and is completing his doctoral studies in anthropology at the University of Chicago. His research focuses on the cultural and legal history of Haitian migration to the United States.
