Jeremy Wiesen is Professor of Entrepreneurship (Ret.) from the Stern School of Business/NYU where he taught business law, ethics and entrepreneurship. He was a professor at Wharton, Columbia and Stanford; Visiting Scholar in Entrepreneurship at UCLA and U.C. Berkeley; Chairman and Co-CEO of the Financial News Network (FNN was acquired by CNBC); Counsel to the Commission on Auditors' Responsibilities ("the Cohen Commission"); a member of boards of directors, and audit committees, of profit and not-for-profit organizations; and, an author of numerous articles and books on corporate and securities law, and entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. Professor Wiesen is a graduate of Wharton and Harvard Law School.
