Jim Baca recently retired as Natural Resource Trustee for the state of New Mexico. He has served as Mayor of the City of Albuquerque, two terms as New Mexico’s elected State Land Commissioner, and as Director of the Bureau of Land Management in the United States Department of the Interior.
