“Mr. Powers assumed the role of chief executive officer for Crowe Horwath LLP effective April 1, 2015. He previously provided audit services to publicly and privately owned businesses in a variety of industries. In addition, he has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions and private and public securities offerings, as well as in the areas of strategic planning and business process re-engineering. Mr. Powers is a seasoned resource for sales and marketing teams on strategies for cross-border activities related to Crowe Horwath International member firms. Mr. Powers previously served as the Crowe Horwath International liaison partner, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors.”
