Judge Kemp (Jr.) can be best described as a community-minded leader who loves to have fun for a good cause. Born in Fayetteville, NC (Ft. Bragg) and raised in San Diego, CA, this military brat along with his older and younger sister, was introduced to the concepts of social justice and civic engagement on their way west. In San Diego, Judge discovered his rhythm and joined the cast of “City Streets” at Sea World. Prior to moving to Portland more than a decade ago, he lived in the “Venice of the north," Amsterdam, NL. A graduate of Portland State University, Judge majored in Communication Studies and minored in Community Development. At PSU, Judge learned the importance of activism, and giving back to the community. Judge resides with his partner, home designer, Eric Schnell. They enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and entertaining friends at their home in North Portland.
