Jonathan Wolfman is a social justice essayist. His new collection, "Passionate Justice: A Progressive Memoir in Essays," is just out from The Educational Publisher. He has taught humanities in the United States and in China. He helped several former students leave Beijing after the army massacre of 3,000 pro-democracy demonstrators in June, 1989. He lives in North Bethesda, Md.
