Josh Weinstein

Josh Weinstein is the founder of YouAreTV, a technology startup aimed at creating revolutionary participatory television experiences. Previously, Josh founded a trio of social sites for college students - CollegeOnly.com, RandomDorm.com, and GoodCrush.com. He was named one of the “15 Hot Young Stars in New York Tech” by Business Insider.

Josh graduated from Princeton University in June 2009 with a degree in East Asian Studies focusing on modern China and Chinese language after spending three summers in China. At Princeton, Josh was President of the Undergraduate Student Government, awarded the 1901 Medal as the senior that has done the most for Princeton, and created a new type of web-survey methodology that continues at Photocracy.org and AllOurIdeas.org.

Josh was born and raised in NYC. He attended Stuyvesant High School and was the 2004 U.S. High School speed chess champion. Josh’s alternate, career paths would be an NHL goalie or actor/popstar in China. He also kind of looks like Harry Potter.
