Joyce is currently a Fulbright fellow in South Korea. She is an alumna of the the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as Student Body President. Passionate about education and social justice, she founded the Fellowship for Building Intercultural Communities (FBIC), an intercultural dialogue and civic engagement program that explores issues such as allyship, privilege, and identity. In her free time, she loves to bike, take pictures, and attend music festivals.
