justin adkins is a radical trans activist living in Massachusetts. He works at a small liberal arts college, where he coordinates programming, supports students, and advises on policies focusing on racial and cultural identity, gender, sexuality, and activism. His work focuses on an intersectional approach to identity development. He coordinates intersectional outcome-based programming, advises young adults and advocates for inclusive policies on campus and beyond. justin gained national attention for his participation in Occupy Wall Street and the mistreatment he received from the NYPD because he identifies as transgender. In 2015 justin’s piece “Wonder” was published as part of the award-winning anthology, Recognize: The Voices of Bisexual Men.
