On its farm sites, TLW employs 25 workers, produces 35,000 pounds of produce yearly, trains urban agricultural entrepreneurs and conducts summer camps for youth. Produce is distributed through its CSA Program, at year-round on-farm markets, and sales to top-rated restaurants.
