For the past 20 years Karen Inwald has defied conventional wisdom and sought to educate the public on the incongruence of the prevalent notions of nutrition and sustainability.
After courses in Biochemistry at Cornell University, Karen's interests led her to focus on the bioavailability of nutrients to human cells and how the nutritional environment may impact the controversial and burgeoning discipline of epigenetics.

Ms. Inwald hosts a site which facilitates the delivery of farm products from local farmers to her fellow Brooklynites and New Yorkers.

When not stirring up a hornet's nest in New York City, Karen, along with her husband of 25 years, attorney Scott Inwald,is privileged to lovingly tend the topsoil of a plot in Delaware County New York.
