Kat Candler's award winning short and feature films have screened at the Austin Film Festival, SXSW, Slamdance, Florida Film Festival, Tribeca's Kid's Series, Houston Museum of Modern Art, Chicago International Children's Film Festival, The National Institutes of Health and on PBS. Her latest teen thriller script Love Me was produced through Dolphin Entertainment and Anchor Bay Films for release in 2012. She’s currently in development on her third feature Nikki is a Punk Rocker a recent participant in IFP’s Emerging Narratives. Candler is a film Lecturer at the University of Texas and Texas State University.
