Kathleen Melian is a Los Angeles based painter who graduated from Claremont Graduate University in 2012. Her oil paintings create sublime, mythical worlds. She is currently featured in New American Paintings, Issue #103. She is also a two-time Artslant Showcase winner.
Recent shows include "BOOM LA 2012", "Cultural Abstraction, Contemporary Figuration" at the Annenberg Community Beach House Gallery and "Summer Soul Sis" at Jaus Gallery.
