Washington Office Chief, Green for All

Kimberly Freeman Brown is Chief of the Washington Office of Green For All, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of all Americans through a clean energy economy. GFA collaborates with the business, government, labor, and grassroots communities to increase quality jobs and opportunities in green the green economy. Prior to joining Green for All's staff in 2012, Kimberly was the Executive Director of American Rights at Work, a national labor advocacy organization. She led the group in bringing the voices of prominent civil rights, environmental, and political leaders into the public call to fix the nation’s broken labor law system. Under her leadership, American Rights at Work exposed unionbusting in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal; and, mobilized over 170,000 activists to sign petitions, shut down switchboards on Capitol Hill, and incite crisis responses from malfeasant employers. She has also appeared on Fox Business, CNBC, and been a guest on numerous radio programs.
