Kiranjit’s passion is to create high-functioning organizations in which the possibility of violence, aggression, and criminal behavior is minimized through ethical leadership and informed workplace conduct. She is currently a doctoral candidate in public service leadership with a specialization in criminal justice. Her research focuses on workplace bullying of faculty in elementary, secondary, and postsecondary settings. She is also interested in sexual violence on college campuses and the role of restorative justice in creating safe and healthy communities.
