Kurt Bock has been Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of BASF since 2011. He studied business administration in Germany and the United States, and has a doctorate in economics from the University of Bonn. He has worked for BASF and Robert Bosch in Germany, Brazil and the United States. Kurt Bock is a member of the United Nations Global Compact Board and is also active in the German, European and international chemical associations.
