Larry Oaks is the vice president for housing for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), a nonprofit organization that supports revitalization efforts in low-income neighborhoods nationwide. Since its inception, LISC's has funded the construction or renovation of 303,500 affordable homes and apartments.
