Cultural Strategist at Added Value’s Cultural Insight practice in New York

Laura is a Strategic Director, Cultural Insight and uses semiotics and trend-based analysis to drive insightful brand development and innovation.

Prior to joining Added Value, she undertook a degree in English Literature at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom which ignited her passion in reading subtext and picking apart complex ideas, before completing a three year stint as a Brand Strategist at brand consultancy, Interbrand.

It is her love for conceptual thought and getting to grips with just why brands resonate with people and culture (and how they can do so better) that has led her to further her career in an exciting area that excels at just that.
