Leah Mayor is a member of the Ford Foundation's Inclusive Economies team. Her work supports efforts to increase economic security and mobility for working families, to close the racial wealth gap, and to advance financial inclusion. Leah holds a PhD in Adult and Extension Education and an master’s degree in Learning, Teaching, and Social Policy, both from Cornell University. She earned her a bachelor’s in sociology from the University of Wisconsin.
